How to play Beach Ultimate in Canada

Beach Ultimate is a game played 5 on 5 (but feel free to play 4 on 4, or 3 on 3 depending on your available field size), in which teams score by driving a Frisbee into an opponent's endzone. Players can move anywhere on the playing field (no offsides!), except for the player holding the Frisbee. The player with the disc in hand can only pivot on one foot until they throw the disc; a team retains possession by catching the disc. Possession is lost when the disc is dropped, a team scores, or the disc goes out of bounds; the other team gains possession from the exact position on the field their opponent lost possession.
